Such amazing bluefin tuna from @montereyfishmarket caught off San Diego. Right now we’re serving it with the last of @rojasfamilyfarms pomelo, black radish, lemon and Picholine olives.
Fresh garbanzos and sugar snap peas lightly grilled with fava leaf pesto and green pepper yogurt.
Zuckerman Farms asparagus, green garlic gribiche, aged parm, croutons… it’s on the menu with bacon but this one is vegetarian. It’s delicious either way!
There’s always room for dessert here. Do you choose the classic chocolate mousse? Berry-rhubarb frangipane with caramelized almonds? Or both?
